About Us

The Spencer Fire Department is a Combination Fire Department with a full-time Fire Chief and five full-time personnel. Four firefighters staff the Fire Station 7 days a week from 6:00am to 6:00pm. One firefighter works 8-4 Monday Through Friday and is a floater. All other Firefighters are on-call — meaning they are only at the station if there is a call or for training. There is an Office Clerk who works Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, excluding holidays. Emergency Management is an all volunteer agency.
