STILES LAKE WATER DISTRICT

GREETINGS:

In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of Stiles Lake Water District qualified to vote in elections and district affairs to meet at the The Knights of Columbus, 92 Manville Street, Leicester,  Massachusetts on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, at 7:30 PM in the evening for the recessed annual meeting, then and there to act on Articles 1 through 10 and to complete any other business from the previous session as noted on the Warrant of May 5, 2020.

If the meeting cannot take place on June 17, 2020 as a result of the social distancing restrictions imposed by the Governor of Massachusetts and pursuant to Mass. Acts of 2020, c. 53 in response to the COVID 19 virus, cancellation will be posted in the on-line calendars for the Towns of Leicester and Spencer, you will be notified when the meeting is rescheduled.

And you are directed to serve this notice of recess by posting a copy in two conspicuous places within the district at least seven (7) days before time of holding said meeting.

HEREOF FAIL NOT, and make due return of this notice of recess, with your doings thereon, to the Clerk at the time and place of meeting, as aforesaid. Given this 2nd day of June in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty.
