In accordance with G.L. c. 39 §§ 23A-23C and 24, the Massachusetts Open meeting Law, the Worcester Regional Transit Authority has scheduled an Advisory Board meeting for November 19, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. to be held via conference call due to the Governor declaring a State of Emergency for public meetings. Agenda: Request from Gary Rosen – update Worcester Research Bureau report. REPORTS: WRTA Fare Policy Adoption, ACTION ITEM: To consider adoption of the WRTA Fare Policy. Update on Audit, Update RFP for Fare Collection system. Presentations; WRTA Public Safety Plan (PTASP). ACTION ITEM: To consider adoption of the WRTA Public Safety Plan (PTASP). First Transit, PBSTM, CMRPC and others.
