INTRODUCTION
Thanks to the forethought of Spencer Residents and their votes for the FMPC Roads Project Bond we will see a lot of road reconstruction upcoming over the next 5 years. The FMPC Roads Project officially began in June of 2018 with the projects listed above. All future construction will begin after each roads project has been adequately planned, surveyed, engineered, permitted, costs determined, loans negotiated and monies are on hand for use.

FMPC project work in 2018 has consisted of developing necessary survey, engineering and bidding documents. Also, we have advertised the first round of necessary culvert, drainage and other underlying roadway infrastructure improvements for the roads we plan to reconstruct in 2018. In addition we have a bridge repair contract that we have advertised to address a majority of our minor bridge repair and safety needs. Larger bridge reconstruction or repair projects requiring greater levels of design will be addressed in future years of the FMPC program with survey and design services for those commencing in 2018-19.
