In 2014 the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) presents their findings and recommendations from their year long study of the Route 31 Corridor from Main St in Spencer including Pleasant St, N. Spencer Rd and Meadow Rd and continuing north through the communities of Paxton and Holden.
