Meetings are held in McCourt Social Hall on the lower level of Memorial Town Hall 157 Main St Spencer at 6:30pm on the 1st Monday of the Month.

No meetings in July & August unless there is a large need

Charitable Needs Commission Meetings are held the 1st Monday of the month. If 1st Monday of the month falls on a holiday, the meeting we be held on the 2nd Monday of the month.

Meetings are held at Town Hall Lower Level Conference room 2 at 6:30pm
