BUSINESS CERTIFICATES (DBA) PROCESS

  1. Fill out Business Certificate Form
  2. Mail, drop off or email application to mgervais@spencerma.gov 
  3. After the Building Inspector reviews and if there are no issues he will approve the Business Certificate, call the applicant, and deliver to the Town Clerk
  4. You will need to go to the Town Clerk's office, pay $40.00, and get sworn in
