Spencer Animal Control & Inspection
About Us
The Animal Control & Inspection Department is comprised of two Animal Control Officers along with two Alternates. The Animal Control & Inspection Department operates under the control of the Spencer Police Department and the Chief of Police. The Animal Control & Inspection Department maintains a Kennel Facility at the Spencer Highway Garage on Meadow Road.
