SWIMMING POOL GUIDANCE

• Complete the application- existing residential building permit application
• Above Ground Pool Fee $85.00/ Inground Pool fee $135.00

INSPECTIONS:

It is the responsibility of the owner/agent to ensure that all of the required inspections and necessary sign-offs are obtained before the work proceeds and the pools are used. 

Above-Ground Swimming Pools: 

• Final Electrical inspection is required before final building inspection is done.

 In-Ground Swimming Pools: 

• Excavation inspection required prior to backfilling or pouring concrete.  Electrical inspection also required prior to backfilling. 
• Rough  - re-bar inspection prior to pouring concrete. 
• Final inspection required upon completion of installation of pool, fence and electrical inspection.
