Details: Annual Summer Food Rocks Tour to celebrate the Summer Eats Program. In Massachusetts, Summer Eats provides free meals to kids and teens when school is out of session. The Congressman, along with Project Bread and the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, would like to invite you to join him in celebrating the Summer Eats program at the Spencer site in the 2nd Congressional District.
