Approval of minutes of the July 29, 2021 meeting.

Treasurer’s Report - Account balance updates, Authorization for payment of any new/pending District Bills and Review of Correspondence received.

Discuss support of Leicester Tax Collectors role in handling of District taxes.

Discuss Adverse Possession Claim to land opposite 57 Chickering Rd on the lake.

Discuss Subdivision Plan submitted for Parker St.

 Update - status on performance of Dam Repair effort and Overall Management of the Structure.

Engineering - progress update from Pare Engineering on Dam performance.

Review any recent activity related to issues / complaints of negative activity occurring on the 3 Causeways and at the dam property and consider adjusting corrective actions.

Set the next meeting date.
