Meeting Called to Order

Review & Vote on:

• last month’s meeting minutes,

• Director’s Report

• Treasurer’s Report

Introduction of New Outreach Worker

OLD BUSINESS:

- Bylaws final revision & vote

- Update on Grill and vote to approve amount from Revolving Account`

- Revisit the lettering on the building to remove SCHOOL and replace with the

number 68.

- Put a committee together to complete the Barnstorm work. The repair of the Portico

in front of the building. Along with the new mat inside the door.

- Completion of Landscape.

- Update on Open House. Ideas and Friends participation. The COA as a whole will

be participating in this event and preparation.

- Update on requests made of Friends Group. (i.e., Popcorn machine and Clocks.)

NEW BUSINESS:

- Replacement Event for the Sweetheart Dance. Suggestions and vote on date, time

and theme. Committee to assist in planning and execution.

- Replacement of the surface for the entrance ramp. Due to wear and tear it has

become slippery when wet.

- New phones. The need for a second phone line and a Fax line.
