2. Approval of the minutes of the September 22, 2022 meeting.

3. Treasurer’s Report - Account balance updates, Authorization for payment of any new/pending District Bills and Review of Correspondence received.

4. Discuss SLWD Tax Classification for next fiscal year. (See announcement below)

5. Discuss any updates to Harris proposal to grant Deeded Lake Rights and Access to individuals.

6. Status update on Dam Performance and Engineering items.

7. Discuss progress on Outstanding Dam recommendations from October 2020 Inspection and upcoming Inspection for 2022.

8. Set the next meeting date.

9. Adjournment
