Personnel Committee: Report regarding Administrator search and possible action on their recommendations

Advisory Board Action Item: Vote to consider accepting Personnel Committee's Recommendation of a one year extension to his current contract which expires June 30, 2020 and an additional one year option (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022) upon mutal agreement of the parties. Each new contract year would increase the contracted salary by 2% of his annual base, with all other terms and conditions extended accordingly.
