Think Blue Massachusetts
Introduction
In 2016, ten regional stormwater groups joined forces to form the Massachusetts Statewide Municipal Stormwater Coalition. The purpose of this organization is to educate the general public and provide tips to residents, businesses, developers, and industrial facilities to reduce harmful runoff.The map below indicates the regions that assembled to address the harmful effects stormwater can have on local bodies of water. Spencer, Massachusetts belongs to the Central Massachusetts Regional Stormwater Coaltion.
