Municipal Lien Certificates

To request a municipal lien certificate, mail request and payment to:

Town of Spencer
157 Main St
Spencer, MA 01562

Cost: $50.00 per parcel for all classifications

Please enclose a written request with the following:

  • Assessor's Map/Lot
  • Name of Assessed Owner
  • Location of property
  • Legal description, if possible
  • A self-stamped envelope with request and payment.

Please allow 7 to 14 business days for return.
